Preparation

Procedure

When you first arrive, a member of our team will lead you to a private room. Here, they will cleanse your skin before proceeding to perform your treatment.

FemiLift

If you receive the FemiLift, Dr. Rotemberg will apply a topical anesthetic to the treatment area to elevate your comfort. She will then insert a thin probe into the vaginal canal, which she will then rotate throughout the treatment. The probe will emit laser energy into the vaginal canal to gently heat it and stimulate the production of new collagen. This will help restore the strength and thickness of the vaginal tissues that surround the bladder and urethra, helping you maintain better control when stress is on the abdomen.

O-Shot

If you undergo the O-Shot, your treatment will begin with either Dr. Rotemberg or a PA injector taking a small sample of your blood. They will process the sample to separate out the platelet-rich plasma from the other components of the blood. As this occurs, they will administer a local anesthetic.

Either Dr. Rotemberg or the PA injector will then take the PRP solution and use a fine needle to administer it into various regions of the vaginal canal. They will select the injection sites to help eliminate your incontinence, allowing you to restore your sense of well-being with ease.
